Located atop Franklin's highest point! - Hence the name!
Very nice Rooms decorated in antiques. Dining Room and separate Night Club!

Relatives of ours have stayed here and enjoyed it 

No air conditioning, perfect except maybe in July or August, but the night air is cooler at this elevation than in other parts of town.

Rainbow Springs Campground

Features Cabins, RV Camping and Tent Camping.  this campground also boasts a Heated Hostel.  And this campground is Motorcycle Friendly too.

 Owned by Bill Ayers and his family, this is a beautifully elegant and romantic place to stay for a night or a weekend get-a-way or even a whole week! 

(There is a 2 night minimum in October and most weekends.)
